Safe Storage - For CT Organizations

Updated Policy - Effective April 2024

Medication Lockboxes are no longer available for mailing or shipment. All other items available on the Order Form are still available for shipment with our standard 4-6-week processing timeline.

Members of organizations, please DO NOT request medication lockboxes through the individual reservation form for organizational purposes. Organizations are permitted a maximum of 12 medication lockboxes on an annual basis. We currently are only able to offer these quantities of storage containers at the full organizational level. We cannot offer these resources per program or per location within a single organization.

These resources will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to non-profit organizations in Connecticut. Once you have completed the form, a team member will reach out to you to inform you of whether you can pick up the lockboxes or if they have already been claimed by your organization. Lockboxes can then be picked up at the Connecticut Clearinghouse from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm.

We ask that once a team member has confirmed your lockbox request, that you pick-up your lockboxes within 8-weeks of that date. After this time, the lockboxes will no longer be guaranteed to you.

We want to emphasize that these safe storage containers are designed to help reduce barriers for CT residents and organizations who might not otherwise have access to these resources. If your program or organization has the means to purchase these resources for your clients, we encourage you to do so.
