This carnival is geared to New Britain youth in middle school and high school.
This is a carnival hosted by the Youth Council of the New Britain Local Prevention Council. This will be in collboration with the Police Midnight Basketball event, but will give youth who do not play basketball an opportunity to still be engaged. There will be games, music, and food for guests.
