This free event is open to the public and will include activities for kids; refreshments; health screenings; information about Wheeler’s broad continuum of medical and behavioral health care, and other services offered through the 855 Lakewood Road location; tours of the site; and a nutritious produce distribution through a partnership with Holcomb Farm, for patients and event attendees. The Connecticut Clearinghouse Change the Script van also will be onsite with comprehensive information about opioid and other substance use prevention and treatment.
