This event will feature a flag project on the Capitol lawn, representing each person in Connecticut who died of an overdose in 2020. Speakers will include: Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz, state agency Commissioners, as well as people with lived experience. Resources from area agencies and the Change the Script Van will be available.
